Before you start

We have a few notes and bits and pieces that you should be familiar with before using this training literature.

  • This training is primarily for the application's front-end users and does not cover the application's administration or franchise admin areas. Partners or franchise administrators with access to this administrator will receive comprehensive admin and franchise functionality training.

  • Twinview has been developed rapidly, and new and existing features are constantly being improved. Because of this, some parts of this documentation may be slightly outdated or incomplete. If you find any inconsistencies, please let us know by using the suggest an update feature.

  • While we can train you on the software, successfully implementing Digital Twins requires good planning. It is important to know the end use cases from the beginning and then map what data or technologies you may need to meet your or your client's requirements. Working with the end in mind will ensure that your Digital Twin journey is a success. We have a bunch of planning and implementation documentation and templates available to assist with this planning.
