The Analytics Module in Twinview transforms your building’s IoT data into clear, actionable insights, helping estates and facilities teams make faster, smarter operational decisions.  Whether you’re managing a single building or a large portfolio, it provides real-time visibility into performance, comfort and efficiency across your assets.

Energy Performance & Insights Report

Access built-in energy intelligence with the Twinview Energy Performance & Insights Report.
This powerful report helps operational teams quickly visualise how their buildings are performing against previous-year data and target benchmarks such as CIBSE TM54.

Break results down by system (when correctly metered) — from HVAC to lighting — and view floor-by-floor performance to identify where efficiency improvements can be made.
