Node Assistant Introduction

The Twinview Integration Assistant, Automation engine and visual scripting interface for Twinview.

Node Assistant is the interface software that runs on the Twinview Edge Gateway Devices and our Cloud Virtual Gateway Devices. It provides a consistent, easy-to-use interface for the Twinview Ingestion service.
Node Assistant provides a powerful visual interface for the following use cases:
  • Visually Integrate into your building systems using BACnet IP, Modbus, MQTT, and LoRaWAN without needing to understand code, the low-level protocols, or the schematics of each.
  • Creating advanced automation that can run in both the cloud and on the Network Edge
  • Provide an easy-to-use visual interface that interacts with the Twinview REST API.
  • A middleware data wrangler for transforming data between systems and services.

Node Assistant does not provide any functionality or capabilities beyond the Twinview Ingestion service and API. What it does do is provide an easy-to-use interface for existing capabilities, especially for non-programmers.
