Model Filter

Model filtering and highlighting based on model data

Selecting project filtering in the left-hand menu opens the smart filter dialogue. Here, you can filter the model by object, material, or system type.

This allows you to find what you need and visualise these in context.

When selecting a filter, the highlighted elements will be highlighted, and everything else will be transparent. If you prefer, you can click the ‘eye’ icon to toggle between transparent or hidden.

To restore the view to normal and show all the elements, right-click on the 3D view and click ‘Show all.’ Alternatively, you can click the reset button on the far right of the view toolbar.

 

Depending upon user roles/permissions, the project reporting feature may only be shown to some users.
